When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Wednesday before 4pm Lisbon time ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are provided by delivery partners. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to unexpected situations. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?

Yes. BASIC BASTARD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over €‌100.

Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

How do I return an item?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Not at this time. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.

Will I have to pay customs fees and duties?

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour for an order?

How do I Track my order?
